I am a BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor with a background in mental health, education, youth engagement and relational work. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Master’s Degree in Education, and I teach and assess counselling students at degree and diploma level.
Across my career I have supported people in a range of settings, from private practice and counselling platforms to universities, colleges, and community organisations, always with an emphasis on emotional wellbeing, dignity, and connection.
-
My approach is integrative, which means our work will be adapted to you as a couple, not the other way around.
I draw from different therapeutic models to help partners:understand emotional patterns
communicate more clearly
navigate conflict with less overwhelm
rebuild trust or closeness
stay connected through change
I work at a steady, reflective pace, creating a space where both partners can speak, be heard, and make sense of what’s happening between them.
There is no pressure to be perfect, just room to explore what it feels like to be in this relationship, together.
-
I have particular experience with:
Neurodivergent–neurotypical couples (including ADHD & autism)
Intercultural and cross-identity relationships
Couples where partners have different emotional processing or communication rhythms
Couples navigating change, disconnection, or repair
My aim is to help couples build understanding, not by erasing differences, but by making space for them with respect, clarity, and care.
